Castle Square Corporate Finance has successfully advised the shareholders of Nurture Childcare Services Limited on its sale to Pebbles Care Limited.
Nurture Childcare Services provides specialist residential care and supported living for young people and has a total of six homes, with another opening shortly. The homes are located across the North West of England and look after a range of young people of all ages, with capacity to accommodate anything from one to five children.
The acquisition of Nurture sees Pebbles Care expand into a new geography of the UK and reinforces its commitment to delivering high quality children’s residential care services.
