Castle Square are currently recruiting for a forward thinking, ambitious M & A Analyst.
This role would suit a candidate who is part qualified or qualified ACA/ACCA who want to assist, progress and develop in a variety of aspects of leading in and providing advice on corporate transactions.
- Raising finance, business sales, business acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, mergers, disposals and listings on the buy and sell sides
- Financial due diligence
- Forecasting, planning and modelling
- Producing high level reports and Information Memorandums
- Providing transaction support
- Sourcing debt and equity funding structures
- Liaising and negotiating with and on behalf of clients and stakeholders such as law firms, accountants and regulatory bodies for the best outcomes
- Contributing to business development and deal origination
As and M & A Analyst you will need:
- An appetite for progression
- Part or Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Proven project management skills
- Spreadsheet/modelling experience
- Exceptional communication skills, including report writing
- The ability to work effectively as a part of a small team
- An aptitude for and desire to be actively involved with business development
