With already thriving locations in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and West Yorkshire, the acquisition of Kat & Co Healthcare Limited sees the business expand its geographical footprint into the Midlands.

Kat & Co Healthcare Limited founded by CC Kat, one of the UK’s Leading Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, was identified as a perfect first acquisition into the Group.
The award-winning day-case surgery clinic has an incredible, long-standing reputation and client base, located in the heart of the Edgbaston Medical Quarter.
Pall Mall Medical called on independent corporate finance advisory firm, Castle Square Corporate Finance, to assist them with the acquisition.
