Venture Business Forms Limited (Venture) a specialist print management group with a £6 million turnover, has been snapped up by Yorkshire headquartered Hague Print Media Limited in a transaction advised on by dealmaking firm, Castle Square Corporate Finance, who advised Venture back in 2007 when they acquired the business via a Management Buy-Out.
