With a robust presence in the industry for over three decades, Dave Jessop Ltd has established itself as a family-run business specialising in industrial, domestic, and agricultural markets. Renowned for manufacturing and delivering an extensive array of roofing solutions to both the local and wider UK market, the company's products include tailor-made sheeting, guttering, and flashings.

Led by Brad Green and Patrick Lynch, Yorkshire based dealmakers Castle Square Corporate Finance led on deal negotiations on behalf of the investors. Castle Square Corporate Finance ran a competitive debt fundraising process, which culminated in acquisition finance provided by specialist debt provider SME Capital.
