Kevan Shaw acted as lead deal adviser in respect of the disposal of Ditto Studios Limited a leading software developer.
Ditto is a leading wireless games developer, producing and distributing innovative 2D/3D groundbreaking gaming entertainment for next-generation wireless devices.
Following an auction process, led by Kevan Shaw, the company was sold to Apax Partners backed Digital Bridges, the World’s leading provider of wireless entertainment services.
The founding directors of Ditto were retained by Digital under long term service agreements.
