Castle Square advise on the sale of Waste Management Company, Jones Skip Hire (Wolverhampton) Limited

UK-based Investment Firm CCJSH have acquired Midlands based waste management business, Jones Skip Hire (Wolverhampton) Limited, for an undisclosed sum, in a deal part-funded by Shawbrook Bank, where the vendors were advised by Yorkshire based M&A advisors, Castle Square Corporate Finance.

Operating from its dedicated facility in Wolverhampton, Jones Skips is an extremely well-regarded waste management company which has serviced the Wolverhampton, Birmingham, and surrounding areas since the 1980s.

The Company has transferred from the ownership of experienced Managing Director, Lyndon Rushby, along with his father Richard Rushby, who have both worked to build a top quality, respected brand in the region.
