Castle Square Corporate Finance were lead advisors on the Management Buy-In of a Yorkshire based plumbing and heating specialist in the new build sector.
After being introduced to the highly experienced operator in the plumbing and heating sector mid-way through 2017 Castle Square were quick to identify a number of potential Buy-In opportunities available in the sector. After assessing the available Buy-In opportunities, Castle Square worked with the client to identify the preferred opportunity before entering into detailed negotiations.
Castle Square Director, Kevan Shaw, initiated negotiations with advisor acting on behalf of the existing shareholders of the owner managed business, before both parties agreeing on heads of terms by January 2018.
