Kevan Shaw of Castle Square Corporate Finance has negotiated the successful Management Buy-Out of Samurai International Sportswear. Kevan advised founder and Managing Director Terry Sands, Sales Director Richard Brand and Finance Director Chris Lawrence, and assisted the company in raising the necessary funds.
Samurai manufactures and supplies multisports teamwear to bespoke designs from its own production facilities in China and is the fastest growing brand in Rugby Union and Rugby League, supplying many national sides such as Wales and England Lionhearts A move into cricket has seen supply deals with County Championship teams Kent, Glamorgan and Northants signed up and a recent launch into Hockey is proving very successful and the company has also launched a retail range of sportswear.
