The Management team of one of the UK’s leading providers of quality security equipment has gained total ownership of their company via the buy- out of a 36% stake, held by Investment Company 3i PLC in its parent company Secure Holdings Limited.
The management team, led by Julie Kenny, CBE and Sebastian Herrara, were advised on the deal by Kevan Shaw. Over the past two decades Pyronix has grown from being a single detector manufacturer to one of the world’s leading providers of quality security equipment. It has developed an extensive product portfolio, utilising the latest developments and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
Pyronix has become the market leader in its field, exporting to Australasia, South America and the Far East.
