A high tech nationwide security business controlled from a bank of television screens in a Sheffield underground bunker, has been taken over in a Management Buy-Out by former managing director Phil Bunting and new incoming chairman Geoffrey White.
Kevan Shaw helped ease the deal through at Camwatch, by attracting significant private equity investment from Aberdeen Asset Management, together with a complex working capital facility to meet the needs of the rapidly growing business.
Camwatch, the UK’s largest CCTV monitoring company, controls high level security for a range of top businesses throughout the UK. The company is based in Sheffield and houses one of the country’s largest central stations dedicated to the remote monitoring of CCTV systems.
