Kevan Shaw acted as lead deal adviser in respect of the Management Buy-Out of IFPC Limited (IFPC) by Richard Bradly, Umesh Raj Daswani and Paul Farrant.
IFPC is a St. Albans based firm of Independent Financial Advisors, specialising in Discretionary Fund Management. Their services include advising on pensions, investments, life assurance and specialist IFA products.
Following completion of the transaction, Kevan Shaw commented “Management Buy-Outs are not common in the IFA sector as there is normally very little security for a Lender to rely on.
