Kevan Shaw acted as lead deal adviser for Q4 Synergy Limited (“Q4”), a Reading based company, in connection with the acquisition of Nottingham based FX Computers Limited (“FX”).
Q4 Synergy is an approved software reseller selling bespoke software. Q4 provides sophisticated remote monitoring of ICT hardware with software support and training to the education market.
With the acquisition of FX Computers, a ICT hardware supplier to the educational market, the combined entity is able to move forward in the provision of a total managed service solution to schools.
