A UK’s leading supplier of own branded products to the catering and hospitality trade has changed ownership in a Management Buy-Out, with Castle Square providing corporate finance advice to the management team.
As well as its own branded products, the company acts as a leading distributor for brands such as Samsung, Icematic and Whirlpool and has experienced significant growth in recent years.
