Link Telecom, a successful West Yorkshire based telecoms dealer has acquired E.T.C. Communications Limited. ETC specialises in the sale of mobile phones and airtime packages largely to business users and also to the general public. Like Link Telecom, it is an Orange business specialist and one of a select number of dealers to have a direct relationship with cellular networks.
Link Telecom, who was advised on the ETC deal by Kevan Shaw, provides fixed and mobile telecom solutions to both retail and corporate customers. The business led by Managing Director Gary Fawcett has grown substantially over recent years, both organically and by acquisition Link Telecom now has annual turnover in excess of £20 million and has plans to double sales in the next two years through execution of a buy and build strategy
