Kevan Shaw and Lisa Ritson have advised on the successful sale of Ringland Construction to Management Buy-In candidate Linda Green of Ringland Constructrion, a Sheffield based firm specialising in the refurbishment of hotels and bars for Blue Chip customers including Marriott and Hilton.
Ringland was established in 1991 by Harry Bell and Geoff Oakland and since then has earned a formidable reputation in the sector. Kevan and Lisa ran an auction process, which led to the selection of Ms Green as the preferred bidder, and also provided advice to the shareholders throughout the sale process.
